This Privacy Policy explains how Exclusive Cabinetry & Fine Woodworking, LLC ("Exclusive", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share with us through this website. We treat your data the same way we treat the cabinetry — carefully, by hand, no shortcuts.
What we collect
When you submit a form, sign up for a consultation, or chat with Atena, we collect the information you choose to give us: name, email, phone number, city, and a description of your project. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically receives standard request data (IP address, browser type, page visited). We hash IP addresses with a daily-rotating salt before storing them.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule the in-home consultation, send transactional follow-ups (24h / 72h / 7d) about your project, and improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Cookies and analytics
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) after you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner. Essential cookies needed to operate the site are always on. You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. European Union residents have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction. Project files (drawings, contracts, photographs) are kept for the lifetime of the cabinetry warranty plus 7 years. Anonymized analytics are kept up to 14 months.
Third parties
We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for our CRM database, Cloudflare for DDoS protection and bot defense, and Google / Meta for optional analytics (only after consent). All providers operate under industry-standard data processing agreements.
